Dr. Tatiana Stobova
General Physician
«For the first time in medical practice the questions are being put in a different way. It is now as important to explore as much as possible about the patient and illnesses which they may develop in the future as to confirm which illnesses they have on the day that they come to you».

The rapid development of genetics over the last few years and the study of the human genome, the genetic foundation of the human body and its health have led to many new discoveries in the field of medicine.
As a result of these discoveries there are new services available in the area of biochemical tests which enable us with to a high degree of accuracy to determine the risk of this or that illness and the genetic disposition towards it. The new diagnostic program, ‘Maximum’ was created to take advantage of these developments in an altogether new way of looking at the human body.
The ‘Maximum’ Diagnostic program comprises an integrated range of standard and highly specific biochemical tests and examinations. These provide a full clinical picture and functional portrait of the patient’s body as it is today and also predict the likelihood of serious illness in the future; diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and so on. For example the quantity of antibodies in relation to cyclic citrulin peptides (ACCP) can indicate with a high degree of accuracy as to the tendency of a person to develop rheumatoid arthritis.
Finding the presence in the blood of oncomarkers can be very significant as much may be done to halt the development of cancer. For this reason, the ‘Maximum’ program has a whole range of biochemical tests for oncomarkers. For example, the analysis of blood to find the level of cancer antigen CA 15-3 is an important sign when it comes to assessing the risk of breast cancer.

The equipment for the diagnosis of the cellular metabolism which was designed and introduced into practice in this clinic is very useful for the assessment of the functional activity of biological tissue in measuring its ultra high frequency radiation. Characteristic signals differ in healthy tissue and where the cell structure is damaged. This provides an opportunity not only to provide a diagnosis of the current situation but also to provide a prognosis for the future, long before symptoms are felt.
The diagnostic program ‘Maximum’ provides an optimal schedule of tests for both prognosis for the future and identification of current possible illness. The client needs to attend the clinic for about 3 to 31/2 hours, as they would for any other of the VIP programs. The ‘Maximum’ program is also conducted with the maximum level of service and comfort to the patient as would the VIP programs. You are met by a doctor when you arrive and then escorted to all the different areas for the program tests.
10-12 days later you will be invited to return to the Clinic for a final consultation with the doctor or perhaps a consilium of specialists if appropriate. You will be given a copy in writing of all the results and conclusions, together with clinical diagnosis and a strategy and tactics for the treatment of any problem areas.

The principal diagnostic tests conducted in the ‘Maximum’ program include the following:
- Analysis of the blood for the presence of cancerous embryonic antigens (REA) - a marker for the risk of cancer of the large intestine and lungs.
- Analysis of the blood for the presence of CA 19-9 a marker for the risk of pancreatic and bile duct cancer.
- Analysis of the blood for the presence of CA 15-3, a marker for the risk of breast cancer.
- Analysis of the blood for the presence of CA 125, a marker for the risk of testicular cancer.
- Analysis of the blood for the level of general prostate specific antigens (PSA), a marker for the risk of cancer of the prostate gland.
- Analysis of the blood for the relative total levels of general PSA / free PSA; monitoring the condition of a patient with hypertrophy of the prostate and screening of men over 50; checking the change in levels of specific prostate antigens, before the event of clinical metastasis and assessment of the efficiency of treatment of carcinoma of the prostate.
- Analysis of the blood for auto-antibodies, including the following aspects.
- Thyroid gland; diagnosis and prognosis of dysfunction.
- Phospholipids; diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (damage to ones own cells by the body itself), identifying the risk of thrombosis, strokes, birthing problems or thrombocytopenia.
- Mitochondria; marker for primary bile cirrhosis of the liver.
- Micro-cells of the liver and kidneys, a marker of autoimmune damage to the liver and kidneys.
- Analysis of the blood for systemic autoimmune disease, highly specific markers of diffuse diseases of the connective tissues.
