The rationale for the diagnostic program, ‘Gold Standard Diagnostics’ lies in the need for simultaneous, effective and highly informative assessments of the body and its functions; hormones, infections, levels of micro-elements and their balance, the condition of various organs and systems which play an essential part in the life and well-being of a person. The information received enables us to quickly and efficiently work out where something has gone wrong in the body, how serious it is and where an active pathology began to develop. After further analyzing the data, we can make conclusions about the nature of an underlying illness and work out how it links to present systems. This then enables us to provide an accurate assessment of the situation and assign priorities so that we establish tactics for treatment.

The program takes from 3 to 31/2 hours. This economy in time has great value for many of our patients and it also has significance for our medical staff. It is very important that all the tests on the body’s systems and organs are made at the same time and under the same circumstances. There are always factors which may have an unpredictable effect on the body and it is important that these are not allowed to influence the accurate and objective measuring of the body’s functions and its state of well-being. This is an important element in making an accurate and reliable diagnosis. Only the principle of simultaneous testing embodied in the Gold Standard Program provides a doctor with the maximum of reliable and useful information about his patient’s health.

The second part of the diagnostic program takes place 7-10 days later when the patient is invited to come to the Clinic to a consultation with a doctor who will explain all the results, formulate a diagnosis and a possible program of treatment. All the test results are also provided in written form, including any recommendations by the doctor for out-patient treatment. If a serious problem has been uncovered then the doctor may also recommend treatment in the day-care centre at the Clinic.

DCM (Diagnosis of the Cellular Metabolism) — This is a type of integrated computer driven diagnostic equipment which enables us to judge the level of functional activity in biological tissues by assessing their levels of natural radiation. Imagine a machine which works without touching you, with no pain or discomfort, an entirely safe procedure which uses highly sensitive, non-invasive diagnostic equipment capable of registering the ultra weak signals emitted by both healthy and non-healthy body cells in the mm-level of radio waves. The characteristics of these cells differ when healthy from non-healthy and can be used to diagnose an illness, long before more obvious symptoms occur. Micro Element Analysis of the Hair and/or Nails — This test is carried out in order to study the composition of the micro-elements of the body so that balance can be restored to biological elements which are important to health.
